It is not a resolution issue, but a scaling issue, which is fixed by using the same method you had explained previously.

When I use the laptop connected to other monitors and then use it on its own afterward. The scaling on the laptops screen is too large, however within display preferences window the scaling is still shown at 100%. To fix I then have to change it to 150% and ignore the log out user prompt, then switch it back to 100% and let it do the actual log out, and when I log back in everything is back to correct scale. Does this make sense?

Hey Keith,

Since my last post a couple years ago, I now have a new Windows 8.1 laptop and continue to experience the issue with scaling being wonky whenever I go from using the laptop on its own and then connected to a monitor and go back and forth and having to always re-scale.. Now per your instructions a couple years ago this continues to be fixable via personalization and re-selecting smaller and rebooting.. however.. will their ever be a fix for this as it is extremely annoying as I constantly go from using my laptop on its own and then connected tom monitors and each time find myself having to go thru this ritual.. its gotten a little old to say the least lol.

-Brian

P.S. Continue to love displayfusion in general and constantly recommend it to others.
Great work overall and appreciate the constant updates!!

This will disable Windows 8.1's per-screen DPI scaling, which will fix up the issue until we get DisplayFusion fixed up
Display Fusion is not filling the entire secondary monitors screen with wallpaper, worked fine before Win 8.1.

Also, Title Bar Buttons are squished, I remember having this issue with windows 8, but do not recall the final fix.

Both issues can be seen in the attached screenshot.
