Regarding the troubleshooting info that you attached in your first post, was it copied while the taskbar was not hiding? Everything in the troubleshooting info looks ok, so I was hoping to get a copy of it when the taskbar auto-hide is broken so that I can compare.

Thanks!
Regarding the auto-hide not working, would you be able to attach a copy of your troubleshooting info (steps below) when the auto-hide is broken again?

Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab

Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button

Paste the text into a text file (please don't paste the text directly into your reply, the formatting gets garbled and makes it difficult to parse)

Reply with the file attached

I moved back to Windows 8.1, so as usual I'm using DF taskbar on my primary monitor and positioned on the TOP of the display. I now notice a slight pixel bleed when the taskbar auto-hides as shown in the image. I've also been noticing that DF taskbar doesn't always auto-hide even when it is enabled, there is no pattern, its random and overlays on top of all applications until I right click on the taskbar and select "multi-monitor taskbar > auto-hide > enable."
