There sure is! You can do this using the Wallpaper Profiles and Monitor Profiles.

Create a Wallpaper Profile for the laptop only

Create a Wallpaper Profile for the laptop + monitor

Create a Monitor Profile (Monitor Configuration feature) for the laptop only

Create a Monitor Profile for the laptop + monitor

In the Monitor Configuration window, click the "Manage Monitor Profiles" button

Assign the Wallpaper Profiles to their respective Monitor Profile

After doing the above, DisplayFusion should automatically detect each Monitor Profile, and automatically apply the appropriate Wallpaper Profile.

Hope that helps!

I have a hi def monitor (1920 x 1200) and a laptop with a screen of 1336 x 768.

When the laptop is plugged into the big monitor, the big monitor is my main monitor and i have a hi def image on the big monitor and a scaled image on the laptop screen.

when i unplug the laptop from the monitor though, it becomes my main monitor, and the high def image is now displayed on the laptop, but its way to large so i only see a portion of the image.

is there a way of ensuring the same image stays on my laptop screen even when its not plugged into the big monitor, i.e between my laptop screen becomming my 1st and 2nd monitor?
