The only thing you can do is to highlight them all, choose Copy, then right-click and do Paste. Is it possible to easily duplicate/replicate/mirror the desktop icons from my primary monitor to the second monitor?

And if possible in such a way that any future changes made to the primary desktop are automatically reflected on the secondary.
