You're correct, unfortunately we had to remove the built-in custom alternate Start menu from DisplayFusion, but we've added support for those four third-party Start menus, as they work really well. Classic Shell is free, and is what we had originally based our custom implementation on. When using the fully installed version of Classic Shell, it works much better

To disable the multi-monitor taskbar on just the TV, right-click that taskbar, and navigate to Multi-Monitor Taskbar > Position > Disabled.

Thanks!

I would apologize at the very beginning - I wasn't following up with the Beta, so don't have much idea of what was happening. DF installed v5 today on my Windows 8 - 64 bit desktop, and I seem to have lost the nice Windows Start Menu simulation when clicking on DF Start button. Now it shows the Windows screen on the other monitor. I don't see any configuration on Windows 8 tab - only thing I see is 4 different Start Menu replacements (with Download Now link!). Does that mean I need to install one of those to get equivalent functionality that I had with the older DF version, or am I missing something?

Also, I have a TV connected as one monitor, which is primarily used by my kid to watch his movies. Is there a way to disable extension of taskbar on one specific monitor?

Thanks and Regards.
