Well I found a solution. Your question gave me a hint that this might be a windows thing. I had always show all Icon set in windows 10. But dropbox was grayed out, so I had to turn off show all icons, turn on dropbox, and than turn back on show all icons, and now it shows the dropbox icon on both screens.

From your screenshots, it looks like it's the Primary Windows taskbar that's not showing the Dropbox icon, but the DisplayFusion taskbar is showing it. I noticed that the dropbox icon only appears on the right monitor but not the left. All other icons are displayed on both monitors. Is this a know bug or it could be corrected somehow?

I forgot to mention that I am running Windows 10
