When either image changes, DisplayFusion has to generate a new "stitched" wallpaper image to apply to all monitors. You can reduce the impact on the drive by enabling the "Generate Smaller Files" option in the Wallpaper section of the Settings > Advanced Settings window.

For the taskbar issue, could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info? Here are the steps:
  • On the Settings > Troubleshooting tab, click "Copy to Clipboard"
  • Paste it into a text file and save it
  • Attach it here

I have a dual screen setup with a static wallpaper on one monitor and a slideshow of 6 images on the second monitor.

The images are the exact pixel dimensions for the respective monitors (3440x1440 and 2560x1440) and so no scaling/repositioning is needed.

It seems doing it this way is more resource intensive than it need be whilst also putting more writes on the drive.

Also on the second taskbar, all of the icons are smaller than on the Windows taskbar, as well as the Windows 10 start icon looking different. Is there a way to make the second monitor taskbar exactly match the original taskbar? I am using StartIsBack

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
