Maximized window dragging doesn't seem to work. The window would automatically unmaximize to its normal size when I try. Strangely, when playing WoW in windowed mode but manually maximized with the title bar, it won't let me drag at all.

My one other issue is that I like to use the quick launch bar and have a double thickness main taskbar. This causes the secondary taskbar to also become double thickness even though only the top half is used and the bottom half is always empty. Is there anyway to have the secondary taskbar have a size independant of the main bar?
