When wallpaper changes the following two actions occur:

If I am NOT at the top of a list of files in file explorer the window automatically adjusts to the top of the list. Any file names that are selected are still selected when scrolling back down.

If I am in the middle of changing a file name, I get the Windows error sound and the name goes back to the original and is no longer in rename editing mode.

Seems to have started with W10 as I have had this problem for about a year on two different computers. Has gone from annoying to irritating. Sorry if I missed this discussed somewhere but I spent about 30-40 minutes trying to find this issue before posting.
