I figured it out I think, but it's not very practical. Right click DF taskbar and disable it on the particular monitor that it isn't needed. <br/>

In my mind I was thinking an option would have been available within DF settings, below the taskbar settings, and list the number of displays that are active 1, 2, 3, 4, etc ... then select which display(s) a taskbar would be needed.
