In the meantime, it seems to be caused by the TitleBar Buttons, so you can work around it by adding a Compatibility rule for Wing on the Settings > Compatibility tab. In the rule, enable the "Disable TitleBar Buttons (this application only)" option.

When I try to highlight text with the mouse in the Wing IDE text editor window, the window starts scrolling up in ~3 line increments about every second.
If I just click and hold the left mouse button over the editor window, the window will continue to scroll up until I stop holding the button down.
I know this behaviour is being caused by Displayfusion, because if I 'Exit' display fusion this behaviour stops.
The moment I restart DisplayFusion, the behaviour comes back. ]]>
