Our taskbar is an AppBar, but this occurs with Steam if the Windows taskbar, or any other third-party taskbar is on the non-primary monitor as well.

I'd recommend posting there, just so they can get an idea of how many people are suffering from the issue

I've always had a problem with snapping a window to fill the monitor with my 2 monitors. With steam for example, if I snap it on my 1080p monitor, it fits fully, but if I try to move it to my 1366x768 monitor, it is enlarged and sort of outlines into the other screen. I took some screen shots to give an idea. If i exit DisplayFusion, the snapping works fine and the steam window will fit the whole monitor. Any suggestions?

As you can see in the first picture, the steam window is overflowing into my bigger monitor, and the second picture is with DisplayFusion turned off and it snapping correctly.
