I think I figured it out. I have to click on "manage monitor profiles." Next, you can change the wallpaper profile and audio device profile for the monitor profile that you have loaded.

I've read discussions in this forum about how you can assign default audio devices to a particular monitor in its monitor profile. However, when I go to the monitor profile screen, I do not see this option. Was it removed?
