The next time you get prompted, could you post a screenshot of the message? I never get prompted to restart when updating, so I'm curious to see what the message looks like and perhaps that will help us track it down. If you could also attach the %APPDATA%\DisplayFusion\DisplayFusionSetup.log after that happens as well, that would be fantastic.
