DisplayFusion asks Windows, "Hey, where is that window located?", and Windows responds with the position. There isn't a way to tell if it is 100% visible or in transition. Just one suggestion:
It'd be good to have a short delay before the buttons appear on a new window as Windows needs some time to fade it in. At the moment the DisplayFusion buttons are ready before the window itself is. You should know what I mean when you look at the attached screenshots.

Oh and btw: thanks for this great tool! I switched over from Ultramon and I have no regrets at all! ]]>
