It was on 1%.
This seems to be a bug with the "disable transparency on all taskbars". I tried 9.2, 9.2.3, 9.3 and 9.4.B2.

I also tried to enable the auto-hide taskbar Feature of Windows and DisplayFusion without success. ]]>
