And/or, allow the user to define trigger using the middle mouse button + modifier keys. Right now the middle-click move works using mouse hooks, but we don't hook the other mouse buttons because they would interfere with normal operations. Or does it only have the ability to monitor mouse button inputs?

We use the Windows global hotkeys API to register the hotkeys, and when we try to register a hotkey, the API doesn't say which program currently has it, it just says "it's already in use."
