I've tried a number of the different methods (maximize/minimize/restore/etc.) but I can't seem to get Outlook 2013 on Windows 2010 to respond the way that my other programs will.

Is there something I'm missing or need to do in addition to make Outlook respond?

Note: I keep both my Inbox and Calendar windows open at the same time. "window text" seemed to make the most sense as an identifier.

Edit: I searched for the problem but no topics seemed to quite line up. Also nothing about Outlook was in the "Known Windows 10 Problems" thread.
