Hi Keith,
Thanks, I did install a usb external driver, although I'm not using it, it may still be active and running which would explain the inconsistencies. I'll look into this.
Thanks,

Do you have a USB display adapter? If so, you likely have an application called "USB Super Utility" or something like that installed that's doing this. We have had a bunch of customers that have the same symptoms, and disabling the shortcuts in that application resolved it for them. (you can double-check that it's not DisplayFusion by exiting it completely as well).

Hope that helps!

Just recently, when I press 1, 2 or 3, the active window changes to the screen associated. Not sure what changed to start this from occurring, but how do I disable this?

I've gone into settings and disabled shortcuts, but this monitor switching continues even with all shortcuts disabled, in fact I don't even see a shortcut defined for the number keys.

I'm sure this is a simple solution, just not one that's logical to me at the momment. I am trying the free version. Thinking of purchasing, but this has to be resolved as it's extremely annoying to type and have the application switch windows.

Thanks in advance for your assistance.
