Confirmed this is an issue (for me) with beta 14. After that first occurence, it appears in the proper location.

It looks like the latest Windows insider build has some issues with the system tray as well, so I'm going to add your vote there. We'll let you know once we have that fixed and we'll see if it helps here as well.
