Wasn't sure if there was a setting or not that would "lock" their positions.

I didn't notice any settings in the Taskbar options that speak to locking down their positions or not.

I can only assume the logic might be that the most recently used ones move to the left but it doesn't seem to be all the time. Maybe I just need another coffee.
