If re-saving the profile doesn't work, and you'd still like to troubleshoot further, please let me know and I'll send over details on sending debug logs and some other info we need.<br/>

Thanks!

I don't! But I tried now the 9.7 Beta 10 and things got... worse. I was at "Normal" profile but couldn't switch to "Bed" profile. I was able to switch to "All" profile, but now I can't switch to either "Normal" or "Bed" profiles.<br/>
<br/>
Is there a way to rollback to 9.6.1 without losing my current profiles?

Hello! There's something going on while I'm switching between monitor profiles. It's been happening for a few months, but I rarely used the profiles so frequently as I am now (due to the quarantine), so I think it's time to question it. My version of DisplayFusion is the Pro Standard 9.6.1.<br/>
<br/>
My graphics card is a EVGA Geforce GTX-970. I have three screens plugged into my PC. According to their numbers, they are:<br/>
<br/>
1. A 1920x1080 TV (via HDMI)<br/>
2. A 1920x1080 LG Monitor (via DVI)<br/>
3. A 1080x1920 LG Monitor (via DisplayPort)<br/>
<br/>
And I have three monitor profiles:<br/>
<br/>
-Cama (Bed)<br/>
Monitor 1 turned on at 1920x1080 (horizontal), main screen<br/>
Monitor 2 turned off<br/>
Monitor 3 turned off<br/>
<br/>
-Normal<br/>
Monitor 1 turned off<br/>
Monitor 2 turned on at 1920x1080 (horizontal), main screen<br/>
Monitor 3 turned on at 1080x1920 (vertical), extended screen<br/>
<br/>
-Todos (All)<br/>
Monitor 1 turned on at 1920x1080 (horizontal), extended screen<br/>
Monitor 2 turned on at 1920x1080 (horizontal), main screen<br/>
Monitor 3 turned on at 1080x1920 (vertical), extended screen<br/>
<br/>
I rarely use the "All" profile. I use the "Normal" profile for while I'm working and the "Bed" profile while I'm playing games on my bed (hence the name).<br/>
<br/>
But when I switch between the "Bed" and "Normal" profiles, I get an error. Let's say I start with the "Normal" profile then switch to "Bed" profile. So far so good. But when I switch back to "Normal", I get an error:<br/>
<br/>
<div id="" class="col-md-12 BoxWrap"><div class="Box table-responsive"><a name="code" style="width:0; height:0;"></a><h2 class="TableTitle" style="border:0"><div class="TableTitleText">Code</div><div class="TitleButtons"><div class="TableTitleButton"><a href="#" onclick="return false;" data-clipboard-target="#code019da6a03dd6737a83b0b6964f08f712" class="ClipboardCopyControl"><img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/clone.blue.svg" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:auto;max-width:16px;height:16px;" /><span class="Text">Copy</span></a></div><div class="TableTitleButton"><a href="#" onclick="bfs.util.codeEditorSelectAll('code019da6a03dd6737a83b0b6964f08f712Js'); return false;"><img src="https://www.displayfusion.com/MediaCommon/SVGs/FontAwesome/square-check.blue.svg" style="box-sizing:border-box;position:relative;overflow:hidden;vertical-align:middle !important;width:auto;max-width:16px;height:16px;" /><span class="Text">Select All</span></a></div></div></h2><div class="TableTitleContent table-responsive"><div class="AceEditorWrapper" style="border-top:solid 1px var(--color-default-border);padding:0"><pre id="code019da6a03dd6737a83b0b6964f08f712Js" contenteditable="true" spellcheck="true" class="skiptranslate" style="width:100%; min-height:75px;">An error has occurred while applying your new Monitor configuration.
Please check your settings and try again.
Error: Failed to call SetDisplayConfig. [HR: 31]
[System.Exception]</pre><textarea id="code019da6a03dd6737a83b0b6964f08f712" name="code019da6a03dd6737a83b0b6964f08f712" style="position:absolute; top:0; left:-999999px; width:1px; height:1px;"></textarea></div>
</div></div></div><br/>
<br/>
BUT, if I switch from "Bed" to "All", and switch back to "Normal", it works.<br/>
<br/>
So summarizing:<br/>
"Normal" -&gt; "Bed" -&gt; "Normal" // ERROR<br/>
"Normal" -&gt; "Bed" -&gt; "All" -&gt; "Normal" // OKAY<br/>
<br/>
I attached the log info trying to first switch directly to "Normal", then switching to "All" and then "Normal".<br/>
<br/>
It's just an extra step, but it's tiring considering I'm doing this at least twice a day. If there is a way to make it work directly, it would be great.
