<description><![CDATA[Not sure why, but the taskbar will sometimes stay on top of the windows/desktop no matter what I do.  The only thing that resets it to normal is to restart Windows.  Very annoying.  Closing all windows doesn't help.  Uncheck/rechecking "auto-hide" doesn't work, etc.

Not sure why, but the taskbar will sometimes stay on top of the windows/desktop no matter what I do.  The only thing that resets it to normal is to restart Windows.  Very annoying.  Closing all windows doesn't help.  Uncheck/rechecking "auto-hide" doesn't work, etc.<br/>

UPDATE:  Now, even restarting the computer doesn't help.  The taskbar is always on top of everything on monitor #2.
