There is a software that allows changing volume by scrolling the mouse scroll wheel while the pointer hovers over taskbar.
That does not work with your secondary taskbars, but it does works with Windows 8 secondary taskbars and the Actual Window Manager Taskbar..
It's not much of a problem, but would be very appreciated if was fixed.
