Hello there.<br/>
There is a software that allows changing volume by scrolling the mouse scroll wheel while the pointer hovers over taskbar.<br/>
That does not work with your secondary taskbars, but it does works with Windows 8 secondary taskbars and the Actual Window Manager Taskbar..<br/>
It's not much of a problem, but would be very appreciated if was fixed.<br/>
