    my background goes to black on any active monitors
    my icons are rearranged
    all windows get moved to the primary monitor
    taskbar icons disappear
    the system tray is hosed
    the Start Menu won't respond
    most of the Windows 10 interface won't respond
    DispayFusion won't function when accessed via Task Manager
    DispayFusion won't 'end task' when via Task Manager
    I have to restart or shutdown via Task Manager to get out of this mess.

Running Windows 10 1803; v.9.2.2 didn't cause this problem, no other system or application changes were made from when 9.2.2 was working other than the 9.2.4 upgrade.
How can I get the 9.2.2 release to re-install? ]]>
