OK, I googled what that was (now that I'm on my computer) and no, I don't have it enabled... but it looks like a useful feature for large resolution displays!

I installed DELL Display Manager and I think its function is basically the same, but I never, ever, run it. Maybe I'll try opening an issue in their Github tomorrow. I'm pretty sure they'll dismiss it, but it's worth trying.

Because of that, middle-clicking used to close the tab but also move the window.
