I spoke with our developers over this, and unfortunately it isn't something we can do. Injecting our code into a window close doesn't work well with many applications.

I just found out about Displayfusion recently and bought it.
Great program, I'm very pleased with it!

I'm learning how to tweak desktop behavior with the Functions/Triggers.
Sorry if I'm asking something that has already been asked, or that has an obvious solution, but I searched google (for posts in this forum) and didn't find quite what I'm looking for.

I want every window I close, by clicking with my mouse on the close button, to firstly minimize to the system trey.
(then, if am interested in actually closing it, I'll right click on the trey icon and choose it).

I managed to use the built-in function to add a keyboard shortcut for it to happen, or to add a new button to the titlebar, but I'd like for it to happen when clicking close.
(I'm too accustomed to automatically hitting the close button. finding myself realizing I wanted only to minimize, and should have used the new keyboard shortcut..)

If possible, what I really want is the ability to indicate which programs/windows will minimize when clicking close, and which will close normally.
(so that programs that do not support system trey minimization, but should, will act like those who do). But even just being able to get the close button to minimize windows will be welcomed.

I do not have experience with Displayfusion or with writing scripts, but I do have confidence in following clear instructions .
