If you went out of your way to get a Matrox splitter, you must have had some idea of what it would do. Your computer sees everything as one monitor, not two or three. If your taskbar stretches across all of the monitors, that should have been a clue its recognized as one monitor by the computer. You have the means to fix this right now, just use the two DVI outputs and ditch the funky splitter box (and one monitor).

But you are right, it doesn't mention this case anywhere on the site. They should add this that I copied from another multimon support app.

Supported video cards: ~~UltraMon~~ Display Fusion is video card-independent, but requires that the video card driver provides support for standard multi-monitor mode, span/stretch mode is not supported. Please note that the Matrox DualHead2Go/TripleHead2Go always uses span mode, and so is not supported by ~~UltraMon~~ Display Fusion. Basically, he could just create input the dimensions of where you would want things split, then have the window moving thing work like that. I don't think there's a software solution to detach the displays.

Try pressing Win+Left and Win+Right. as far as i know the triplehead uses one monitor signal and cuts it for 2 or 3 monitors. you can check this in your display settings. if you have e.g. 3840x1024 pixel (3x 1280 pixel width) display fusion thinks you only have a one display setup with a high resultion. sending a window to the next monitor if there is only one, of course, is senseless.

I am using Matrox Triplehead2go for my triple monitor set up. It ID's each monitor as 1.1/1.2.1.3.I have been unable to get any of the features to work right including clicking the icon/ move windows to next monitor. I have tried installing in safe mode and also did a cold boot still no glory.When selecting spanning across all three monitors nothing happens...any ideas? ]]>
