I would assume someone reported this to you, but a search didn't bring up the topic.  Some buttons don't render until you mouseover.  There is no separation between the rightmost button and the minimize button, though in the demo I managed to by the right pixel to move the window (usu. I can't). I haven't been using VSC long enough to know if this ever worked properly in DF.  Look at this video and tell me how, and if, you want me to proceed.
