That is why Frequent doesn't make any sense for me as it shows me the items I use anyway. So these are just duplicates.

Is there another way? On the Windows Taskbar you can disable Frequent and use the pinned ones.

In the DisplayFusion Settings > Advanced Settings window, enable the "Don't Load System Jump List Items" option, then apply the settings and restart DisplayFusion.
