I'm using  Surface Book and 2 external monitors on the docking brick.<br/>
<br/>
The laptop monitor is 3000x2000 and does 2x scaling,   the 2 monitors are 1920x1200 and 1x scaled.  <br/>
Several menu items and dialog boxes are basically microscopic on the laptop monitor while others are gigantic on the external monitors.<br/>
<br/>
The text in the taskbar (icons with title) is giant in the 2 external monitors.
