1) Move Windows with Shortcut to next or previous monitor takes 3 seconds, moving with mouse is smooth

- only Vivaldi seems to be affected by this and only when it is already maximized

2) Marked menu flickers for about 1 second, when active window is not an explorer/desktop/taskbar.. So e.g. when I work in Google Chrome and click the arrow it flickers..

first of all great app, really want to use it.. Already bought it but I have a problem with my Desktop when DF is active.. It is nearly unusable, have to wait seconds for some actions (e.g. move window to next monitor), also opening a new tab in Vivaldi take 1-2 seconds (got an i7 with lots of RAM and of course SSD).. Taskbar lags as hell, opening start menu takes also seconds..

Do you think this is Windows 10 Insider Build related? I'm on Build 18353.1.. I don't have a problem, when this is fixed in the next time (when Windows 10 19H1 is out), but if this problem persists I cannot use it :/ I don't want to refund now, but if I wait a month then I cannot refund anymore.. Can you help me?
