Windows does the moving of the windows when that happens, and not actually DisplayFusion.

However, what may help, is creating a Window Location rule (see attached) in DisplayFusion to have all new windows open on the current monitor (the monitor with the mouse cursor). That way, no matter how you launch an application, it should open and move to the monitor you're working on.

If you want to move the currently open windows to the current monitor, you can assign a key combination to the "Move All Windows to Current Monitor" Function on the Settings > Functions tab

I have two multi-monitor (2 each) setups that are nearly (but not actually) identical). One at work, and one at home. In both locations I have two monitors, with the main/primary display being left-most, and the secondary display being right-most. The difference is solely in the resolution of the monitors. On my "Office" profile, the main display is 1920x1200 and the secondary is 1920x1080. In my "Home" profile both monitors are 1920x1080.

DisplayFusion detects which profile is in use (see screenshot). All has been working fine for some time (multiple months). Recently, now when I switch from one location to the other - which I do by putting the PC to sleep and then waking it in the new location, something I have always done - the open applications will show up on the secondary monitor instead of the primary monitor where they were. The primary monitor stays correct, as evidenced by the icons and gadgets, but the applications are on the secondary, and then opening new programs begins to open them on the secondary monitor, even when opened from the task bar on the primary monitor.
