If you don't have an internet connection when you start your machine, and DisplayFusion is set to start up automatically with windows, you will recieve a taskbar notification every time you log in stating that DisplayFusion was unable to connect to the internet to check for updates. This is kinda annoying.<br/>

Maybe you could do this only if DisplayFusion hasn't checked for updates in (x) days, or wait 10 minutes after it is started to do so, or just have the software periodically ping your server to see if the machine has an internet connection and then automatically update (ideally used in combination with not checking for (x) days).
