If you want to disable the DisplayFusion tray notifications completely, you can do this in the Settings > Advanced Settings window with the "Don't show tray icon notification balloons" option.

Could you attach a copy of your troubleshooting info so that I can check a few things?

Open the Settings > Troubleshooting tab
Click the "Copy to Clipboard" button
