Starting with 4.1, all changes for Windows 8 will be made with the RTM, so unfortunately some new issues might show up in the Release Preview.

Just to check, which version of Windows 8 are you running? Title bar buttons look miss aligned (in several applications e.g. Office 2010), have no rectangular outline (any window) and are a really poor color match on hover.
