I was able to reproduce it here. It's not an issue of the old key combination getting retained, but actually an issue where Ctrl + ScrLk and Ctrl + Pause/Break seem to be recognized as the same thing for some reason. Afterwards, I changed that function's key combination to Ctrl+ScrollLock. Now, both key combinations run that same function. ]]>
