It is a one-size-fits-all solution for logon screens. They make it look easy by simply always plopping the elements in one position. Might be a go-to idea to make this work on XP...?

Like the trim lines, and the other UI graphics. I would need to create a whole interface customization screen just for the XP welcome screen, so I opted to not support it instead.
