I haven't tested Eyefinity yet, but I imagine that DisplayFusion will fully support it as long as the ATI drivers present the monitors as 3 unique monitors, not 1 giant spanned monitor like the old Matrox drivers used to do. I assume Displayfusion would need considerable changes to either detect or allow the user to define the presence of Eyefinity and then setup where one display starts and ends.
