I changed it to a solid color and the reverting stopped. Thanks for the feedback. This issue has been fixed in the recently released v1.4 of DisplayFusion. You can find the new version here:

If you are still experiencing the same problem, just enable the setting "Warn me if another program changes my wallpaper" and also enable "Fix my wallpaper without prompting". This should take care of any software that is resetting your wallpaper.

Have you set your wallpaper using your video card software, like nView or the Catalyst Control Center? What happens if you set DisplayFusion to run at startup with wallpaper monitoring turned on, does it correct the problem?

Great little tool ,that I basically use for changing the background for 2 monitors. However, Vista seems to want to override the setting every time I restart. I don't have the program running at start up, so the monitoring the change of paper isn't running. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a Vista setting I need to change?
