I now see the volume slider in monitor 2.
But it caused another problem where when I click on the Windows Start, it opens in monitor 1. It looks your Windows taskbar is on monitor 1, but your primary monitor is #2 as well. If you right click the taskbar on monitor 1, you can make sure "Lock the taskbar" is disabled, and then click and drag that taskbar to monitor #2 to move it.
