Hi, I've been doing some really awesome things with the split monitor options.

I have a horizontal split on each of my 3 monitors so that I can have a wide window next to a skinny window. This is great for a lot of applications.

I also use a program called "TidyTabs" from "Nurgo Software". It puts clickable and organizable tabs above each and every window and allows me to group many applications together.

For this reason, I have to include a 22px padding at the top of each split section so that it makes enough room for the tabs.

See example: http://logichaos.com/ftpbox/neil/_forums-sites/2017/05/2017-05-12_20-07-03.png

However, a problem arises whenever I need to hold "Shift" and maximize a window. There's no padding, so the tabs get cut off unfortunately. It would be nice if I could control padding for "Shift Maximized" Windows.

If this is too difficult to implement, don't worry about it. I'm probably like, one of very few people that would recommend this feature. Nevertheless, I think it would be a good feature for some people who might need it.

Thanks!
-Neil
