Unfortunately, we don't currently support the use of virtual desktops with Display Fusion. We do have it open as a feature request, so I've added your vote to it. We'll be sure to let you know if we have any information on it in the future.

Can DF remember the screen splitting I have done with DF or FANCYZONES from Microsoft PowerToys?
I have FOUR monitors and every desktop needs to have different screen splitting settings to accommodate my work and trading screens.

Can I configure DF to save and LOAD applications on startup to set a virtual desktop and screen zones set?

I have my first desktop. All four monitors load my work-related applications like Outlook, Chrome, Teams, second desktop all four screens use my Trading applications, third desktop all four screen uses trading research applications and browsers. As I mentioned above, all desktops and all monitors SPLIT differently in all virtual desktops.
