There are a variety of ways to move windows between monitors, but all of them require that you can actually see the window. Any way to select what display is the primary display (so new apps open on it)?

Any way to switch windows between monitors WITHOUT a keyboard? Contextual menu, from taskbar, etc? Title bar button isn't good enough if you're in another room looking at a secondary monitor...ie pc in kitchen with display 1, HDTV display 2 in living room.

I would have expected both of those features to be amongst the first implemented! ]]>
