Any way to select what display is the primary display (so new apps open on it)?<br/>

Any way to switch windows between monitors WITHOUT a keyboard?  Contextual menu, from taskbar, etc?  Title bar button isn't good enough if you're in another room looking at a secondary monitor...ie pc in kitchen with display 1, HDTV display 2 in living room.<br/>

I would have expected both of those features to be amongst the first implemented!
