Well that's really odd, it seems like I'm on version 10.0 and this is still happening. I also think a windows update occured the night before this started happening. Is it possible that the update could have broken something as well?

Update: I found the solution. So the "Edit this pinned item" option was not showing up because I was using the main monitor taskbar. Yes I am, also this issue is still persisting through deleting and recreating the trigger. I have DisplayFusion programmed to move the browser window to whichever monitor the cursor is on, however over the last few days it's been doing something odd. The trigger seems to be "overridden" if there isn't a window already up, for example if there are no browser windows up, and I try to open a browser window on my left-hand monitor (not the primary monitor), it'll pop up on my main monitor, move over to the other monitor from the trigger, then move back to the original monitor, and this doesn't happen if there is already a browser window up. Anyone have any idea how to fix this, or even an idea of what might be causing it? The only thing I can suspect is Windows updates breaking something but I'm not very sure about that yet ]]>
