Unfortunately I don't think there's a way around this. I have titlebar buttons showing in Microsoft Edge and in web apps installed to taskbar using the "Don't Hide...." advanced.
I also have a compatibility setting for Miscosoft Edge to move the buttons right and down a bit.
Is there any way to have different comapatibility setting for the web apps?
For example, with the settings I have Microsoft Edge, when I open Google Messages app, it has titlebar icons in positions that conflict with those I set for MS Edge and the DF buttons overlay those in the app.
