I find the orange flashing notification very distracting. DF has "Flashing Taskbar Buttons Never Flash" which stops the flashing but it also removes the notification entirely. Is there a setting to keep the notification (solid orange) but also to stop the flashing.

The image below shows what I want (solid orange with no flashing).
