Nice find. It definitely does the job of hiding the start menu, now if I could only make it so that the Windows key only opens the DF Start Menu no matter which monitor I'm on, I'lll be set.

Ok, thanks Keith. I'll look into hiding the Start Menu via other means. Thanks also for adding the Run dialog position to the feature list.

As for the Run dialog, we do have an open feature request for it, so I've added your vote.
Hi all,

New to the forums, but I've been a DisplayFusion user for years. I was wondering if it's possible to hide the Start button on the primary monitor, so that it only shows on the DF taskbar on the secondary?

Here's the background: My primary is directly in front of me, with my secondary to the left. I typically keep my primary taskbar on the secondary monitor, to keep it left of the expanded desktop. However, I often RDP into this PC, and whenever I do, Windows "conveniently" moves my taskbar back to the primary monitor and leaves it there (thanks MS). Forcing me to unlock, drag, and relock my taskbar each time I log back in locally.

I looked for ways to "lock" the taskbar to the secondary monitor, but couldn't find anything. So my next thought is, use DF on my secondary monitor with the new add'l start button feature. The problem there is, I would need to hide/remove the primary start button because I don't want 2 start menus.

Thanks,
Danny
