Hi,
That is the strange thing, I'm not changing anything!
But I have found a clue already... in VMware Workstation you have the option for a virtual monitor to Accelerate 3D Graphics.
If you enable this option, everything is working fine, and the monitor is recognized, loads the correct profile, and you can adapt and save the changes to your profile.
If you however disable the Accelerate 3D Graphics option (what I do for 2D performance reasons) the monitor is not recognized by DF and the monitor profile is not loaded anymore. Also you have the issue as I described before... not being able to save your profile before doing an Apply.
Seems like DF depends on some 3D stuff in the background?
Hi,
I installed DisplayFusion 9.3c in a VMware Guest Windows 10, and I can't save my settings on the Monitor Configuration screen to a profile.
When I click Apply, I get the popup windows to Keep The Changes or to Revert, but when I choose Keep The Changes, the Apply button is again active and I can't save to a profile.
When I press the Save Profile button, it says again to Apply my settings first before I can save to a profile.
So I'm kind of stuck...
