As it happens, I have uninstalled DF from my system..in order to see if a clean install will right the issue. For the record, what you suggested probably wouldn't have worked anyway, as I tried to launch DF from every way possible: try icon..start menu..desktop icon..as ell as clicking on the exe file in the DF folder..none of them worked.

I'll update you after the install.

Thanks for the reply, Keith..much appreciated, though I'm a little disappointed that you seem to have completely misunderstood what I said in my original post.

I HAVE tried to launch it via the icon on the taskbar. I get the menu, but when I click on a menu entry nothing happens. It may be running in the background, but there seems to be no way to actually interface with it..it's like it's not there at all.

Any ideas as to why it's suddenly not working anymore?

Hi,

My apologies if this has been covered already..I did search, but couldn't find a post that seems to cover the exact same issue.

Anyway, I has DF Pro installed on my Windows 7 64bit system and it has been running without issue now for nearly a year, but just now I tried to lauch it from the taskbar icon and nothing happened. I then went to the DF folder and tried clicking on the main DF exe file, but still nothing.

I opened Task Manager and can see the following files are loaded..

DisplayFusion.exe
DisplayFusionHookAppWIN6032.exe *32
DisplayFusionHookAppWIN6064.exe
DisplayFusionService.exe

I've scanned my system for viruses and malware and it comes up clean..so I'm not sure what's going on here. Do you guys know what's up..or how to sort this issue out? It's like DF starts when my system starts..I can see it sitting in the taskbar..and I can click on the icon and the pop-up menu appears..but nothing appears to happen when I click on any of the menu entries.

Kind regards

Dan
